1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings. Understanding them will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account at MilVIP, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MilVIP operates a strict minimum age policy and does not permit accounts for individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Providing false or someone else's identity information is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You are permitted to hold only one MilVIP account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — regardless of which name, email address, or payment method is used — are prohibited. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and the accounts closed.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order at MilVIP or any other gaming platform where self-exclusion extends to MilVIP's jurisdiction.
• You confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are using MilVIP entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Registration is completed by providing a valid mobile number, creating a secure password, and accepting these Terms and Conditions. By clicking the registration button, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your MilVIP account login credentials. This includes your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication device associated with your account. MilVIP strongly recommends the following:

• Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings — this is available to all MilVIP members at no cost.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person. Any bet placed or withdrawal requested using your credentials is your responsibility, even if you did not personally authorise it.
• Log out of MilVIP on shared or public devices after every session.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact MilVIP support immediately at support@milvip.bet or via live chat. MilVIP will act promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, MilVIP cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions at MilVIP are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). MilVIP does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside MilVIP's control.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

MilVIP accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. MilVIP does not accept payments from accounts held in the name of a third party — all payment accounts must belong to the registered MilVIP member.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 500
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your account tier and any limits set through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings.
• Deposits are credited to your MilVIP balance instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• You may only withdraw to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Withdrawals from your real money balance are processed within 3 minutes on average. During peak periods or for first-time withdrawals above Rs 50,000, additional verification may extend processing to 24 hours.
• MilVIP reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within 14 days will result in the withdrawal request being held pending verification.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

5. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

MilVIP offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance. Real money bets are used before bonus funds in all cases.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times you must bet through the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable real PKR. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page and ranges from 25x to 30x for standard MilVIP bonuses.
• Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 15%, and virtual sports 25%. Specific contribution rates are listed for each promotion.
• Each bonus carries a validity period — the time window within which wagering must be completed. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• MilVIP reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings if there is evidence that wagering requirements were met through low-risk or no-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per MilVIP account unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• The MilVIP welcome bonus is available once per eligible new member. Creating additional accounts to claim the welcome bonus again constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the MilVIP platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the member except in specific circumstances described in the individual sport or game rules.
• MilVIP reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome affected by technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the original stake is returned to your account.
• For cricket and live in-play markets, MilVIP uses data from third-party score and statistics providers. Occasional delays in data delivery are outside MilVIP's control. Bets already confirmed before a live data update will not be voided on account of data latency.
• Maximum winnings per event or per day may be subject to caps that are displayed in the specific game or market rules. Where a payout would exceed the applicable cap, the cap amount is paid and the remainder of the theoretical winnings is forfeit.
• In the event of a dispute about the result of a bet, the decision of MilVIP's trading team is final, subject to the appeals process described in Section 12.

7. Promotions Policy

MilVIP's promotional offers — including the welcome bonus, weekly cashback, referral programme, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers — are governed by both these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms published on each individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Promotions are open to eligible registered members unless the promotion page specifies otherwise (for example, new-member-only offers).
• MilVIP reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while members are actively participating, reasonable notice will be provided where feasible.
• Referral bonuses under the MilVIP Refer a Friend programme are credited upon the referred friend making their qualifying first deposit. The referring member must hold an active, verified account in good standing at the time of crediting.
• MilVIP may request verification of identity, payment method, or location before awarding promotional benefits. Members who cannot provide satisfactory verification may have promotional credits withheld.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the MilVIP platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, all winnings voided, and their balance returned only to the extent of their net deposits:

• Bonus abuse: Using low-risk or arbitrage strategies to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk. This includes placing opposing bets on the same market to guarantee wagering clearance.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one MilVIP account, whether in the same name or different names.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players on live casino or card game tables to gain an unfair advantage over MilVIP or other players.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial deception.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, or any technical exploit to interact with MilVIP games or markets in a way not available to ordinary members.
• Match fixing or information advantage: Placing bets using insider knowledge of a sporting outcome not available to the general public.
• Underage access: Attempting to access MilVIP services as a person under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in doing so.

9. Responsible Gaming

MilVIP is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a financial strategy, a means of generating income, or something that creates stress in your life. The following tools are available to every MilVIP member directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect within 24 hours of being set. Increases to limits require a cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time window. Loss limits take effect immediately.
• Session time alerts: Receive a notification when your gaming session reaches a duration you have defined.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account for gaming activity. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Temporary exclusions can be set for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

MilVIP may suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour as described in Section 8.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that make continued service provision impossible.
• At the member's own request (account closure or self-exclusion).

Before taking action on an account for non-compliance, MilVIP will ordinarily contact the member via their registered contact details and allow a reasonable period for the member to respond or provide clarification. Where the suspected conduct involves fraud or ongoing abuse, MilVIP may act immediately without prior notice.

On closure of an account, the member's net deposited balance (deposits minus withdrawals, excluding any bonus-derived funds) will be returned via the most recently used payment method, provided identity verification has been satisfactorily completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the MilVIP platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game software, betting interfaces, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of MilVIP or its licensed content suppliers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any MilVIP content without prior written permission. Unauthorised commercial use of MilVIP's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

12. Liability, Disputes & Governing Law

MilVIP's liability to any member is limited to the return of that member's net deposited balance where a MilVIP error has directly caused a financial loss. MilVIP is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any claim arising from reliance on information provided on the platform.

If you believe a bet result or promotional decision at MilVIP is incorrect, you may raise a formal dispute by contacting support@milvip.bet within 30 days of the event in question. MilVIP will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a formal response within 14 business days. If you are unsatisfied with MilVIP's response, you may escalate the matter to MilVIP's licensing authority as detailed in your dispute response communication.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of MilVIP's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between these terms and local laws applicable in Pakistan, the member is responsible for understanding and complying with local legal requirements independently.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

MilVIP collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at MilVIP, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

MilVIP does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the provision of MilVIP services.

14. Amendments to These Terms

MilVIP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, MilVIP will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will display a prominent notice on the milvip.bet website for at least 14 days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Continued use of the MilVIP platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
